FINDING MEANING: WISDOM FROM ECCLESIASTES

The Book of Ecclesiastes continually reminds us of the futility of living life “under the sun” (1:3).  It’s natural and easy for us to live in the here-and-now, based on what we see right in front of us. When we exercise faith to see life from God’s perspective—above the sun—we discover life can be far from futile. Exercising faith leads us to live with purpose, contentment, and an eternal perspective.
